On February 27th, Terracon hosted its annual charity hockey tournament in support of the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation — and the community showed up in a big way. Despite a full Manitoba blizzard with winds reaching 80 km/h, teams, spectators, and supporters turned out to make the event unforgettable.

Thanks to the generosity of donors, the tournament raised $17,085 — well surpassing the $10,000 goal. Moved by the overwhelming support, Terracon made a game-time decision to match all donations rather than the originally pledged $10,000, bringing the total raised to $34,170 and doubling the impact for patients and families supported by CancerCare Manitoba. Snow, wind, hockey, and community — it was a truly Canadian day on the ice.
