INTERNATIONAL HEAD OFFICE EXPANSION & RELOCATION

When a long-term Tuxedo Business Park tenant needed to rapidly double their head office size in the middle of their lease, we did what we do best and found a solution to accomplish just that. In 65 days we united offices from 2 different buildings which allowed them to expand and relocate with no interruption to business operations. Staff left on Christmas Eve and walked into their new office 2 days later ready to work.
