Sustainability is at the forefront of everyone’s mind and for Terracon, it’s been a part of how we imagine our parks since the beginning. In recognition of Earth Day, here are some things you may (or may not) know about Terracon and our business parks :

• We raise and re-plant trees from our own tree farm that includes almost 1,000 trees at any given time.
• Our in-house horticulturalist ensures our parks maintain a high standard of biodiversity among trees, shrubs, planting beds, landscaping, etc.
• Our parks are irrigated with a reclaimed water system. Water collects in our retention ponds through rain, melting snow, and run off water and is then re-used to water the landscaping.
• Through our waste management program, tenants automatically have access to recycling and composting collection.
